Refund policy

SALES TAX:

- All shipping destinations within the state of CA will be charged sales tax, as required by the CA Board of Equalization.  Sales tax will not be charged, if you have a CA resale certificate on file with Sybo International LLC.

- Please send your commercial invoice for orders that need to be drop-shipped outside of the United States.

WARRANTY INFO:

- All the products come with 1-year parts warranty coverage due to manufacturing defects.

- Any products shipped out of the US are NOT covered by warranty.

RETURNS:

- All returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery, authorized by Sybo International LLC prior to return, and shall be subject to a $20.00 or 20% restocking fee, whichever is higher. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid, in accordance with Sybo’s instructions and in the same condition as delivered.

- Defective products that Sybo authorized for return must have the original package. If the original package is not available, Sybo may charge up to $300.00. At the time of pickup, the product must be on the street level by the curbside or pickup dock and securely tied down to a pallet.

 

 

Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
